It only takes about an hour* including a complimentary wash and vacuum all at no additional cost. We have available several convenient times for you to choose from throughout the day, ranging from 8:00am and the last service finishing at 4pm. Ask us about it today.

*Turnaround time is calculated from the time the customer approves the maintenance work at reception to delivery of the serviced vehicle to the customer. Newcastle Mazda is not liable for delays in vehicle maintenance if the customer does not adhere to their booked appointment time. Priority is given to on time customers. Available for selected cars and scheduled services only. Does not apply to diesel vehicles.

Service is what we do best because we believe above all else this brings you back into the dealership for your future motoring needs. Our friendly Staff and Factory trained technicians ensure we carry out the Service with minimal fuss. Reasons why to Service with a Mazda dealer:

  • Technology: We only use the latest state of the art equipment as specified by the Manufacturer including the latest Diagnostic machines, which in many cases are linked via Internet to the factory to update your vehicles computer with the very latest specifications. These systems are not available outside of Franchised Dealers.
  • Training: We have a strong commitment to training with many of our technicians travelling to all parts of the country to make sure they are up to date with the many advances being made today.
  • Genuine Parts: All general services are completed under manufacturers recommendations using genuine parts.
  • Loan Cars: Loan Cars are available but need to be pre-booked and are at a very reasonable cost of $30 per day.
  • Local drop-off: If you require a lift then again this service is available with staff members only to happy to take you to work, home or nearby shops.

Tea and Coffee facilities are available if you wish to wait in our Customer Lounge Area.
